• Custom dust collection equipment, bulk storage silos, tanks, hoppers, ingredient handling systems and various other fabrications (structural steel, platforms, ladders, handrails, pipe spool fabrication, pipe bending & forming, vessel fabrication, etc.) as required by customer drawings or requests.

• Welding processes used by Phoenix Mfg. include Shielded Metal Arc (SMAW), Submerged Arc (SAW), Gas Metal Arc (GMAW), Gas Tungsten Arc (GTAW), Plasma Arc (FCAW).
  
• Welding codes Phoenix Mfg. complies to include ASME Code Section IX and American Welding Society (AWS) Codes D1.1, D1.3 and D1.6
  
• Visual dye penetrant weld inspections, when required, are performed in house.  Other non destructive examinations (radiography, magnetic particle, etc.) are done by subcontractors, as required.
